Wharton Tech Toks (finally) recognizes our all-star first year team!

“What is Wharton Tech Toks anyways and, like, why?”
Learning about the industry is the best way for an MBA to prepare and excel at their future jobs in tech (and unfortunately MBAs are too hyper-focused on just recruiting). Wharton is also a phenomenal tech school, particularly because of Wharton Tech Club, and the world needs to know that. Finally, sharing and challenging ideas is how we push our world forward and tackle some of the most important conversations.
That’s the legacy.
As we looked for 1Ys to join this initiative, we prioritized folks who understood this deeper purpose and were committed to that legacy. And, damn son, did we get incredibly lucky.
This trio of 1Ys has bought into that mission, working selflessly and incredibly hard to take something brand new and make it better every day. I’ve been on a few boards throughout my MBA and managed a number of consultants in my career. Frankly, no one has been as dedicated, taken ownership and strove to kill it better than this team.
Also, they have to work with my crazy ass, so send them prayers and happy thoughts.
I’m insanely proud and humbled to introduce this AMAZING crew of first years. They’ve been working hard all semester and we are only getting a chance to introduce them now.
Team, you’re amazing, you inspire me and whatever success WTT has achieved and will achieve is solely based on your contributions. Humbled and grateful to be on this journey with you.
